About this role
The Director of Equipment is responsible for the strategic oversight, management, maintenance, utilization, and financial performance of all company-owned and leased equipment assets across the United States. This role will lead all aspects of equipment operations including asset tracking, purchasing, lease negotiations, maintenance programs, vendor management, compliance, utilization reporting, and lifecycle planning. The Director of Equipment will work closely with Operations, Safety, Finance, Recruiting, and Executive Leadership to ensure equipment is operating efficiently, safely, cost-effectively, and in alignment with company growth initiatives.
