About this role
CCMH is looking for a dedicated physical therapist to add to their team. You would be part of a qualified team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in this Critical Access hospital-based outpatient clinic and attached inpatient facility. We care for patients of all ages, including infants and toddlers all the way through to the elderly, with functional concerns ranging from orthopedic or neurological disorders to wound care and pelvic floor dysfunction. We believe in Evidence Based Practice and serve our patients with compassion. As a PT at CCMH, you will enjoy flexible scheduling with one on one patient evaluation and treatment times. We are a clinical site for multiple DPT programs and are willing to mentor a new grad.
