About this role
Tuesday-Friday 0800-1700 with Saturday Clinic Rotation 0800-1200. Occasional extended hours coverage as needed. Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Perform px exams and preventative health screenings. Order and interpret dx tests and labs. Prescribe medications within scope of practice. Perform minor office procedures as appropriate. Provide education and counseling. Manage same-day acute visits. Participate in chronic care management. Collaborate with care team (Nurses, PARs, Providers, other hospital departments).
