Standby Crossing Guards are a vital part of our staffing plan, providing essential coverage during planned and unplanned absences and helping keep our community moving. You’ll help children and families cross streets safely, promote traffic safety awareness, and contribute to a safer community for all. Can’t commit five days a week? No problem—share your availability. We welcome job sharing and, where possible, schedule standby shifts in advance. This role is needed June 2026–June 2027 near Muskoka Beechgrove PS and Gravenhurst PS. Friendly, safety‑minded individuals earn a $250 retainer per school year.
