Cornell College invites applications for a full-time Director of the Berry Career Institute. Recognizing the importance of job preparation and success in helping Cornell students to find employment after college, the director is responsible for ensuring that the Institute is a central strategic advantage for our students. The director will lead experiential learning and career development initiatives across the college, focusing on integrating high-impact career practices into the student experience. The director will develop the vision, strategies, and priorities for the Institute by considering institutional goals and resources, student needs, and external trends and opportunities. The director will shape and lead a highly collaborative team.
