The Manufacturing Test Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the test team, ensuring all testing meets product requirements, production schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations. This role leads team performance, resolves operational issues, and collaborates with cross functional teams to support the successful delivery of rack and row CDU products. The Supervisor also drives training, process improvement, and maintains a safe, positive work environment.
