We are seeking a driven Industrialization Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and supplier development initiatives. This role bridges engineering and manufacturing by ensuring product designs are optimized for scalable, cost-effective, and high-quality production. The successful candidate will lead supplier identification, qualification, and development, while providing hands-on, on-site support during pre-production builds (EVT/DVT/PVT). This role is critical in ensuring smooth transition from design to mass production for advanced liquid cooling solutions used in datacenter applications.
