About this role
The Senior Regional Portfolio Manager (Sr RPM) is responsible for the profitable operation of all apartment communities in the directly assigned portfolio (if applicable) as well as monitoring and managing performance at all communities under assigned RPMs. The Sr RPM will maintain CONAM’s fiduciary responsibilities in the supervision and direction of the day-to-day operation of the apartment communities and supervise the activity and performance of assigned RPMs under the supervision of and with specific authority delegated by CONAM’s designated broker. Where applicable, in affordable communities, maintain regulatory and governmental compliance with the affordable programs relating to the property.
