About this role
The District Manager assists regional operational leaders with supervision of multiple properties in an assigned portfolio of up to eight apartment communities. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of apartment community operations within the assigned portfolio through staffing, education and training, customer service, leasing, and marketing, rent collection and banking, legal and regulatory compliance. They are also responsible for the profitable operation of all apartment communities in the portfolio, while ensuring excellent customer service and responsible asset preservation.
