Northeast Pediatrics has a great opportunity in our Billing Department. The Biller has a primary function on our dynamic team and is responsible for gathering/researching information needed to complete the medical billing process. Responsibilities also includes processing insurance provider’s correspondence, signatures and insurance forms. Performs tasks associated with secondary (subsequent) insurance claims submission, including copying, preparing and attaching EOB's from primary payer as necessary. Processes insurance claims including Medicaid/Medicare. Assists patients with completing insurance forms and responding to their billing questions. Excellent customer service and basic knowledge of the medical billing process required. Good pay and exceptional benefit plan offered.
