The Overnight Janitor supports airport restaurant operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment to ensure a high standard of guest service. This role is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and sanitation tasks, including sweeping, mopping, waste removal, dishwashing, and restocking supplies. The position plays a critical role in upholding cleanliness standards across dining, kitchen, and common areas during overnight hours. The Overnight Janitor ensures that all surfaces, equipment, and facilities are properly cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained. This includes monitoring and disposing of trash, cleaning floors, walls, glass, and equipment, and maintaining janitorial supply areas.
