About this role
The Lead Prep Cook is responsible for organizing and executing daily prep lists, ensuring proper labeling, rotation, storage, and sanitation practices across all prep operations. This role also works closely with the Kitchen Manager, Chef de Cuisine and Lead Cook to ensure BOH systems run smoothly and that quality standards are upheld. The Lead Prep Cook should be a professional who is consistent, organized, and takes pride in their station. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, understands prep systems and expectations, and enjoys supporting a cohesive kitchen environment.
