About this role
SUMMARY Responsible for the estimating process for assigned pursuits, ensuring estimates are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule. Develops direct and indirect cost estimates for conceptual budgeting, preconstruction services, and competitive bids, coordinating inputs from internal teams and trade partners and working in partnership with the Sr. Preconstruction Manager. Reviews drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to develop labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and schedule-based pricing assumptions, and compiles the final estimate package for review and approval by the Director of Operation or Senior Preconstruction Manager in advance of the bid date/submission.
