About this role
As a Commercial Lines Service Consultant, you will be involved in several phases of the client experience. You will focus on retaining and building a book of business by working with our existing client base to analyze the current insurance portfolio and provide customized solutions to fit their needs. This role also places a focus on service and sales, as we encourage our Service Consultants to generate cross-sell opportunities and referrals by providing exceptional customer experience. Candidates must hold either an active 2-20 Resident General Lines or 4-40 Customer Representative license to qualify for this position.
