About this role
The Credit Union Service Consultant will focus on servicing and retaining an existing book of Commercial lines business, advising clients on coverages, as well as completing endorsements and cancellations, managing retention, and policy issuance for our clients. This role also places a focus on service and sales, as we encourage our Service Agents to generate and sell cross-sell opportunities and analyze coverage to meet our clients’ needs. Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, confidence, compliance minded, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills.
