About this role
The Clinical Director (CD) is a hybrid role operating as both a clinical provider (0.75 FTE) and a clinical leader (0.25 FTE) providing clinical and operational leadership in their clinic. The CD, in accordance with guidance from the RMD, has primary responsibility for providing management, supervision, support, and development of the clinical providers and is accountable for their day-to-day performance. The CD functions as dyad partner with the Practice Manager coordinating provider schedules, clinical staff workflows, and managing daily patient flow in the clinic to ensure the highest degree of quality care, patient and provider satisfaction, and operational excellence.
