About this role
The Behavioral Health Specialist – SBHC operates within School-based Health Centers (SBHC) as part of an integrated care team. They provide individual, group, and family therapy to students, focusing on prevention and brief, solution-focused interventions in line with the Washington State Department of Licensing and their professional scope. The Specialist collaborates with SBHC medical and dental providers, school staff, and community organizations to maximize student access to care. The role requires travel between sites, flexible hours, and potential evening/weekend events. During summer, the position may work at CHC Primary Care Clinics to ensure continuous access to care.
