About this role
As a Special Accounts Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our members and internal teams in managing specialized and sensitive accounts. These accounts include fiduciary, estate, power of attorney, trust accounts, and business accounts. Drawing on your empathy, accuracy, and expertise, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for complex accounts, ensuring proper documentation, and providing expert guidance to both members and employees.
