About this role
OBJECTIVE OF POSITION The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a core member of the CHR OTP team, responsible for providing safe and effective Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) services to individuals with substance use or co-occurring disorders. The LPN will support patients in community OTP clinics, and within correctional facilities in collaboration with CHR staff, the Department of Correction (DOC) Safety and Security personnel, and DOC Health and Addiction Services staff.
