About this role
OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To provide meal and food planning and production services in compliance with Department of Health Services regulations. To provide general and clerical support to the residential program By: • Planning and preparing nutritional food in accordance with the consulting dietitian and in compliance with Department of Public Health Services. • Maintaining food and other non-food grocery inventory levels and disposes of food properly. • Maintaining budget in collaboration with the Program Director. • Instructing and supervising kitchen activities of residents. • Maintaining record keeping for the program • Facilitation of client psychoeducational groups • Supervision and/or transportation of clients
