About this role
OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Partner with kinship caregivers to maintain successful placements by providing connections, supports and resources needed to raise resilient children who thrive. By: • Ensure access and strengthen resources and supports for kinship families; • Help navigate and equip kin families to navigate the child welfare system; • Guide peer networking and support kin families; • Promote children’s stability and improved well-being for the family.
