About this role
OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Works with supervisor to oversee operations of program. Provides case consultation, case planning, coordination and general supervision to staff. Responsible for an assigned caseload when applicable. Works directly as primary program lead, in the office and the community, overseeing staff/specialists and teams with assigned clients experiencing substance misuse, symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders. Will ensure model adherence for program or Evidence Based Practice if applicable. Works with stakeholders to ensure quality of care and adherence to EBP’s or program model when applicable.
