JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Coordination & Meetings - Attends coordination, interface, and project services meetings. - Captures accurate and structured meeting minutes, including key discussions, decisions, risks, issues, and constraints. - Documents action items with clear owners and deadlines. - Tracks and actively follows up on action items to ensure timely closure. Reporting & Deliverables - Prepares project reports, dashboards, presentations, and formal documents using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. - Maintains tracking logs and summaries with accuracy and consistency. - Ensures all reports are concise, error-free, and delivered within reporting deadlines and cycles. Project Services & Controls Support - Supports progress tracking and consolidation across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. - Coordinates collection of multi-discipline project inputs. - Maintains action, risk, issue, and deliverable trackers. - Ensures traceability and consistency of information across project reports. Continuous Improvement - Identifies opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, meeting effectiveness, and information flow. - Proposes process improvements to enhance productivity and coordination.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline • Experience in FPSO, offshore, oil & gas, or large EPC projects • Prior exposure to project services, project controls, or management reporting • Accurate and timely meeting minutes and action tracking • Strong coordination across FPSO project interfaces • Continuous contribution to improving project services efficiency • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced FPSO construction environment
Work Location: Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. Tuas Boulevard Yard 80 Tuas South Boulevard, Singapore 637051 (Islandwide transport provided)
Working Hours: Mon - Thu: 8:00am - 5:15pm Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm
