About this role
The Senior Manager of U.S. Federal & State Income Tax Compliance is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s U.S. income tax compliance function, including federal, state, and related international reporting requirements. This role ensures accurate and timely filing of tax returns, supports the tax provision under ASC 740. The position will support tax planning and have significant involvement in mergers, acquisitions and integrations.
