Superior Energy Services is seeking an experienced Director of IT – Digital Strategy & Enterprise Services, which is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s digital roadmap while ensuring alignment between business priorities and IT capabilities. This role leads the Value / Portfolio Management Office (PMO), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Enterprise Architecture (EA) functions to drive measurable business outcomes, operational excellence, and technology standardization. The Director partners closely with executive leadership to ensure technology investments maximize value, improve service delivery, and enable scalable, secure, and innovative solutions across the enterprise.
