Superior is seeking a Paralegal – Legal Operations & Litigation Support to join our team in Houston, TX (on-site, 5 days per week) to support a dynamic, private, growth-oriented company. This role will report to the Assistant General Counsel, Global Operations and Litigation, and will be primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the legal department, with secondary support for a relatively small and manageable litigation and claims portfolio. The position is well-suited for a highly organized paralegal who enjoys building structure, managing workflows, and supporting a lean legal team in a fast-paced oilfield services environment.
