About this role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic and hands-on HR support to assigned service lines and/or geographical areas. This role partners with field and operational leaders on employee relations, workforce planning and effectiveness, performance management, policy guidance, compliance, recruiting support, compensation, benefits, training, reporting, and HR communications. The HRBP operates in a fast-paced, safety-critical and geographically dispersed workforce setting, requiring strong business acumen, labor knowledge, and experience supporting both field-based and administrative employees.
