* This position will be filled onsite in Kilgore, TX. * As Director of Quality, you'll lead multi-site Quality programs supporting Texas SATCOM manufacturing. Drive product reliability, ISO 9001 compliance, RCCA, customer quality performance, and workplace safety. Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to cut defects, boost yield, and maintain regulatory compliance. Manage a lean team and act as the senior interface for audits, escalations, and government customers, using deep experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or high reliability manufacturing. U.S. Citizenship required.
