Job Summary: The Care Partner IV (Float) plays a crucial role within the healthcare team, delivering exceptional patient care across all inpatient units in the hospital. This position demands flexibility and adaptability, as the Care Partner IV (Float) will rotate through various departments, including Medical-Surgical (MSU), Intensive Care (ICU), Short Stay Outpatient (SOU), Emergency Department (ED), Perioperative Services (PACU), Interventional Radiology (IR), and Labor & Delivery (LDRP). The Care Partner IV (Float) is responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitoring their conditions, and fostering a safe and supportive environment for all patients.
