About this role
Successful candidates for this day shift position must be an experienced forklift operator. Able to operate the forklift efficiently and safely in a production setting. You will be cross trained to perform several functions within the department. To receive top pay, you must be fully trained and performing at production rate in three positions within the Value Add Department and rotating with other team members during the shift. This position requires you to follow written and verbal job instructions. Being able to provide feedback and apply critical thinking are other keys to this position.
