Job Title Professional_TBⅠ, Logistics Business Operation Department Forwarding SSC Part Time Type Full time Role Summary As a Shared Service Center Operator Freight Forwarding for Air Transports, you act as the backbone and focal point of our EU freight forwarding operations. You take care of shipments, status updates; manage internal customer related issues and all other questions, with the aim of informing our operations/customer service employees who have dealings with our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible by providing the internal organization with the necessary information Key Responsibilities
• Tariff uploads for Air for the region • Tracking and shipment milestone updates of all shipments in Cello Rapid & Cello Square • Shipment status reporting for both internal operations and customer specific • Communicate with all Samsung SDS offices both regionally and overseas. • You ensure the continuous optimization of the operational and administrative process flows in order to realize the most efficient possible processing of assignments within the department • Identify deviations in the service and looking for a solution for irregularities; • Resolve ad hoc situations and issuing proposals and together with the Site/Operations manager, implement solutions to prevent service disruptions in the future • Logistics transportation (ocean, air, rail and road) • Tariff updating • Reporting • Communication with other Samsung offices, with customers and logistics service providers (LSP) • Analyzing of logistics data (KPI, trends, forecasts)
Requirements
• Experience: Logistics experience, knowledge of means of transport and good geographical knowledge • Language: Advanced English knowledge (both written and verbal), • IT skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) • Result-oriented, analytical and pay attention to details personality • Good analytical skills and logical thinking • Team player • Responsibility and decisiveness, ability to work in deadline-oriented environment
