JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Young Adults Program Manager, the Youth Worker position will be working with low barrier Young Adults age 19 to 32. The position ensures the implementation and facilitation of the program, including, leisure activities, community kitchen, and community outings, cooking, and supporting therapeutic programs. The position is also responsible for case management and establishing trust and non-judgemental rapport with clients. Working the client, therapeutic and community supports, the Youth Worker identifies the needs and goals of the individual young adult including social, educational and vocational objectives. Hours of Work: Monday-Sunday 9:30am to 5:30pm Location: Clubhouse
