About this role
Climate Pledge Arena’s (CPA) Risk and Safety Specialist develops, implements, and maintains an innovative safety program to secure safety, minimize risk, and protect the arena, employees, and guests. This role ensures compliance with OSHA and legislative requirements, including safety programs, training, compliance, and oversight. The Specialist provides safety leadership, guides management, and enforces adherence to corporate safety practices and industry standards. They help prevent, reduce, and mitigate risk exposures and losses to protect the organization’s insurability. The role reports to CPA’s Sr. Manager of People & Culture and collaborates with CPA Legal, Operations, and external Risk Management and Claims partners.
