Summary The Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the strategic sourcing function by managing specific spend categories to drive cost savings, supplier performance, and value creation. This role is responsible for supporting internal departments in identifying procurement needs and aligning them with supplier capabilities and market opportunities to develop and execute effective category strategies. The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to understand specific requirements, lead the RFP process including drafting, distribution, evaluation and facilitate collaborative supplier selection.
