About this role
The Project Manager for Design Build will manage the up/down within the Clark Pacific organization with emphasis on the project with client management/expectations and the flow of information. This role is accountable for preconstruction and construction performance with established goals and objectives of the project and for the fostering of integrated partnership with staff including, but not limited to Superintendents, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Functions, and all internal support stakeholder teams. They will provide oversight and lead work performed by Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers and will be instrumental in executing Design Build/General Contracting (GC) projects from the preconstruction phase through construction closeout.
