What is a Technical Sales and Service Coordinator? A Technical Sales and Service Coordinator (TSSC) provides day-to-day support of customer accounts and serves as a primary point of contact between the customer and the company. The TSSC can provide customer support, technical support, planning and optimization for the accounts, as well as developing a relationship with the customers. Takes incoming calls from customers, determines which product or service fits the application, and quotes the customer. Follows up with customers after quoting to obtain feedback, answer questions, and obtain purchase orders. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s Degree and at least one years equivalent work experience in sales required (inside or technical sales preferred).
