About this role
This position is responsible for the accurate and timely review and preparation of loan documents. A thorough knowledge of government bank regulations regarding lending is required. The ability to maneuver multiple computer applications at once along with proficiency with Microsoft Office is also required. Must be familiar with loan collateral documents, appraisals, tax documents, insurance, and title documents.
