As a Plans Examiner, you will play a vital role in safeguarding public health, safety, and welfare by ensuring compliance with City codes, standards, and ordinances. This position conducts building permit plan reviews, performs building inspections, and provides expert guidance to residents, contractors, and design professionals. Because Greenwood Village is a provider of emergency services, employees may occasionally be required to assist in emergency-related duties outside their normal job functions, within their physical capabilities and training.
