About this role
Our Lead Lifeguard is responsible to ensure the safety of swimmers at Chilson Recreation Center Pool and Winona Outdoor Pool. Responsible for all aspects of aquatics safety and ensuring operations are adhered to in the absence of supervisory personnel. The hiring range for this position is $15.76 - $19.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Must be at least 17 years of age at time of hire. Must be available to work some evenings, weekend and holiday hours. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check and pre-employment drug screen.
