About this role
This position is responsible for selling broadband service to commercial and residential customers, basic troubleshooting, customer education of products and services, customer support, establishing new accounts, creating account service modifications, provisioning phones, and product up-sales of all broadband services. The salary range for this position is $20.97 - $28.32 per hour with a hiring range of $20.97 - $24.64, depending on qualifications and experience.
