About this role
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for completing work orders. The Maintenance Tech must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize work load, professional and helpful demeanor on the phone and in person, strong attention to detail, and a common knowledge of general maintenance work. The Maintenance Tech reports to and works closely with the Facilities Manager.
