About this role
Citadel’s Business Analysts are responsible for collaborating with project sponsors, project managers, and business unit leads to document and design solutions that improve business processes and to implement new products and services. Primary responsibility is to gather and document business, functional and technical requirements in a team-oriented collaborative environment. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing multiple assignments and have excellent interpersonal, research and analytical skills.
