About this role
The part-time Fleet Technician will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on City vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Work is usually performed under direct supervision, but routine activities are often carried out independently. The majority of the work will focus on preventative maintenance, basic diagnostics, and standard repair tasks. Interaction is direct with public works staff, other department personnel, and occasional external contacts. Steel Toe Boots, Jeans, Work shirts, and all Personal Protective Equipment is provided by the City.
