About this role
The Manufacturing Supervisor 2nd shift will support the daily operations of the machine shop and welding departments. This position will work closely with the assistance of the Machine Shop and Weld Supervisor to ensure that all production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. in overseeing production, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The role will involve managing resources, improving staff capabilities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and helping manage workflow while assisting in the supervision of the shop staff. Will assist by developing strategies, implementing plans, and validating processes to achieve operational goals.
