Analysis & Reporting - Remote (U.S. Based) Operation Blessing (OB) is seeking a detail-oriented Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and improvement of outcome and impact-focused monitoring and evaluation systems across international programs in Europe, Eurasia, the Middle East, and Asia. This role provides technical guidance to project teams and leadership in program design, indicator development, data analysis, reporting, and evidence-based decision making. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB’s Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ’s name to meet physical and spiritual needs.
