About this role
The Senior Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading Inside Sales Managers (ISMs) and/or partnering with Customer Service Managers (CSMs) to provide strategic direction and drive accountability across the Inside Sales staff. The Senior Inside Sales Manager will work collectively with branch leadership to drive standardization and identify training opportunities. This position will partner with the Inside Sales Manager to define and achieve sales and margin goals while driving Inside Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
