The Volunteer & Community Engagement Manager leads the strategy and execution of Akin’s volunteer and in-kind engagement programs. This role mobilizes individuals, community groups, and corporate teams to support families across Washington through meaningful, well-coordinated engagement opportunities. Working within Akin’s ecosystem-of-care approach, this position plays a critical role in building pathways from community participation to deeper connections and philanthropy. This role focuses on engagement execution and program design, partnering closely with local leadership and Fund Development team members.
