About this role
Responsible for coordination of 0-5 education services across program operations. Implements strength-based coaching model and the training needs of Assistant Site Managers, teaching staff and home-based staff; is responsible for the implementation, evaluation, and coordinates and monitors disabilities services. The Education Coach performs the functions of this position with a strong understanding of the program’s curriculum, the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework, Illinois Early Learning Standards, CLASS, ITERS, ECERS, HOVRS, and through knowledge and application of developmentally appropriate school readiness practice. Ensure full compliance with NAEYC, DCFS, and Head Start Performance Standards.
