About this role
Gain experience in Youth Services. Interns will gain experience providing case management and counseling services to youth who are at risk of runaway, lockout, and homelessness. Youth Services interns will collaborate closely with experienced Family Counselors and Case Managers during individual and family visits, which may take place in the office or the community and attend court hearings when clients are involved in juvenile court. This internship will help you develop a deeper understanding of social service policies and practices, while honing your skills in advocacy, communication, and problem-solving.
