The Vice President of Information Technology (VP-IT) serves as Chimes’ senior technology executive and strategic partner to the Chimes executive staff. This leader is responsible for shaping and executing Chimes’ enterprise-wide technology vision, ensuring operational excellence across all IT functions, and leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation to enhance organizational effectiveness, staff productivity, security posture, and scalability as Chimes expands its affiliate network. This role oversees the management of all core IT operations (infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, helpdesk, and enterprise systems), business intelligence infrastructure and reporting development, leads organi
